With the incorporation of new learning-teaching methodologies, it is important that the evaluation methods match the expected learning outcomes and that different methods are used to eliminate bias in the evaluation of the student's skills. This paper explains the assessment process of the teaching-learning strategy of the undergraduate subject Project Management and the results obtained from the assessments taken to the Industrial and Systems Engineering students of the University of Piura who carried the Subject in the last 5 years. The course assessment is an assessment by skills, fostering their development.
Because evaluation has become a management factor and the results of evaluation are indicators of quality. This research shows the quality of the teaching-learning methodology in the course through the results in the different evaluation methods. These statistical results also allow visualizing the development of the required skills by the professional world for an engineer, so the different evaluation methods help the students in their training as engineers.
