    Abstract
At present ergonomics in the manufacturing industry has become a topic of increasing occupational interest due to the increase of musculoskeletal disorders among workers. This paper presents an study that has evaluated, from the ergonomic point of view, the workers in the packing area of the cement company UCEM-CEM. For this, an observational and analytical field study was carried out, evaluating 11 workers that are distributed in the 4 areas of the packing area, which are: monitoring, cleaning, bagging and stowing. From these workers, a series of photographs were taken during the development of their activities, with the objective of determining if the postures used could pose a risk of presenting musculoskeletal disorders in the future, and depending on the results propose corrective and preventive measures. The evaluation to the workers was made through the REBA (Rapid Entire Body Assessment) method, which allows the analysis of both the upper limb and neck, trunk and leg positions of each worker.
