| dc.description | El sector de la panadería es uno de las más relevantes dentro de la industria de la alimentación. Sus altos niveles de producción le han permitido dedicar gran parte de sus beneficios a la mejora continua de sus sistemas y a una mayor automatización de sus procesos de producción. Todo ello conlleva a la aparición de nuevos riesgos laborales, los cuales deben ser evaluados para evitar la generación de accidentes de trabajo y poner en peligro la salud de los trabajadores. En el presente trabajo se realiza el estudio de seguridad y salud de una empresa del sector de pan precocido congelado, abordando el análisis de los puestos de trabajo, las principales máquinas del proceso productivo, y las áreas de trabajo en las que se desarrollan. La identificación de las deficiencias de seguridad y salud presentes en el proceso industrial permitirá analizar los riesgos laborales existentes desde el punto de vista de la seguridad, higiene y ergonomía en el trabajo, y realizar así la evaluación inicial de riesgos laborales. Posteriormente, se realizará la propuesta e implementación de medidas preventivas y correctivas con el fin de lograr maximizar las condiciones de bienestar y seguridad de los trabajadores de la empresa. | es_ES |
| dc.description.abstract | Bread sector is one of the most important of food industry. Its high production levels has enabled to dedicate much of its benefits to the continuous improvement of its systems and to a greater automation of its production processes. All this promotes the appearance of new occupational hazards, which must be evaluated to avoid work accidents and avoid the damage of workers health. Present work intend to carry out the safety and health study of a company in the precooked bread sector, addressing for this purpose the analysis of the jobs, the main production process machines , and work areas in which they are developed. Identification of the safety and health deficiencies presents in the productive process of the industry, will allow to analyze the occupational risks from the point of view of safety, hygiene and ergonomics, thus performing the initial assessment of occupational hazards, with its subsequent proposal and implementation of preventive and corrective measures in order to maximize the welfare and safety conditions of the company's workers. | es_ES |
