ANÁLISIS DE LA ACCIDENTABILIDAD LABORAL EN TRABAJOS DE ORDEÑO EN EXPLOTACIONES DE VACUNO EN GALICIA (2004 – 2014)

Abstract

This research analyses the data obtained by means of incident forms registered in the period between 2004 and 2014 in the agricultural sector in Galicia. The incident forms were provided by the Galician Institute of Health and Safety at Work (Instituto Gallego de Seguridad y Salud Laboral, ISSGA). It shows that 17 % of the work accidents in cattle raising farms happened during milking tasks. 69% of the accidents, one of them fatal, happened in farms with a milking system in situ, against 25% of the accidents in farms that have independent milking facilities.
