    Resumen
    This study shows the preparation of an inorganic new mortar with impermeabilizing properties based on phyllites. A particular granulometry in its formulation is considered, with addition of a binder and an organic compound of high molecular weight, which presents, at least, an ether group in the structure. Using the presented formulation, the mortar increases the mechanical strength as a function of curing time. The innovation of this investigation is in relation with the procedure of preparation of the new mortar and their applications. It can be projected using a gunning system to cover horizontal and vertical surfaces, for instance in building construction, according to the percentage of phyllites used in the formulation.
