LUGNASA: METODOLOGÍA DE APOYO A LA PLANIFICACIÓN ESTRATÉGICA DEL SECTOR DE LA CIENCIA Y LA INNVOVACIÓN EN GALICIA

Abstract

Strategic planning is becoming an essential process in managing large organizations. The implementation of this process in recent years being an innovation in the public sector, becoming a ubiquitous standard practice in most governments and organizations. The design and development of this process called Lugnasa, which requires an effort of both the selection of appropriate and the will of those responsible for implementing them to reach the needs of the development of the strategic plan methods.This work is developed with the aim of generating and validating a methodology for obtaining low-cost and high-quality strategic information to support the planning process of the science and innovation sector in Galicia, characterized by having an incipient activity and A small business size that hinders its development.
