| dc.description | La Norma UNE 178501:2015 define Destino Turístico Inteligente como "un territorio accesible para todos, que hace uso de la innovación y la tecnología, garantiza el desarrollo turístico sostenible en sus tres vertientes (económico, socio-cultural y medioambiental) para mejorar la experiencia del turista y la calidad de vida del ciudadano y está gobernado por un Ente Gestor”. Para que un municipio obtenga la certificación como Destino Turístico Inteligente, de acuerdo con la norma, tiene que desarrollar en el ámbito turístico un proceso participativo de generación y evaluación de proyectos que le conduzcan, una vez implementados, a obtener esa calificación. En este trabajo se propone el uso del Proceso Analítico Jerárquico (AHP) para establecer un modelo que ayude al decisor final a establecer una prioridad entre los proyectos que deben transformar el municipio en un Destino Turístico Inteligente. Este modelo incluye un análisis de partes interesadas que deben actuar como expertos en el proceso de decisión y propone un proceso riguroso y trazable de ayuda a la decisión. | dc.description.abstract | UNE 178501: 2015 defines Smart Tourist Destination as "a territory accessible to everyone, which makes use of innovation and technology, guarantees sustainable tourism development in its three aspects (economic, socio-cultural and environmental) to improve the experience of the tourist, the citizens´ quality of life and it is managed by a Management Entity. " In order for a municipality to obtain certification as an Smart Tourist Destination, according to the norm, it has to develop a participatory process of generation and evaluation of projects that lead, once implemented, to obtain that qualification. This paper proposes the use of the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) to establish a model that will help the final decision maker to establish a priority among projects that should transform the municipality into a Smart Tourist Destination. This model includes an stakeholder analysis who must act as experts in the decision process and proposes a rigorous and traceable process of decision support.
