ANÁLISIS DE LOS ASPECTOS Y PRINCIPIOS RELACIONADOS CON LA SOSTENIBILIDAD EN LA IPMA ICB4

Abstract

According to authors such as Silvius (2010), the integration of sustainability in Project Management implies an impact on several areas of Project Management; thus, impacts on the processes, on the measurement and reporting of projects, and on the competences to be held by project managers can be cited. In order to identify the impact on one of the aforementioned areas, in particular the area of competencies required for project managers, this article analyzes the aspects and principles of sustainability present in the IPMA ICB, the IPMA competence-based standard, and its evolution from ICB3, published in 2006, to ICB4, published in 2015.
