COMO FACILITAR LOS PROYECTOS DE ECODISEÑO EN LA INDUSTRIA DEL MUEBLE: HERRAMIENTA SINNAPS

Abstract

The projects of ecodesign are a global strategy, regardless of the productive sector, that are linked "invariably" to innovation and to the new cultures of work organization; that becomes extremely important interdisciplinary participation of all departments in the process of the development of products that seek to impact less on the environment. The furniture industry, particularly in Jalisco (Mexico), requires tools that systematize the processes of innovation and development of its products. As recent research shows that it is a vulnerable sector on the basis that are family businesses, which leads to a decision-making informal and unstructured. The tool Sinnaps is the smart project manager, that facilitates the management complex projects, in which uncertainty plays a relevant role. Is designed to advise the professional in the decision-making, monitoring the progress of projects and suggesting improvements in its management. In this work we present the design of a template in Sinnaps with time and costs that were required in the execution of a project of Ecodesign to a cabinet type the furniture sector Jalisciense.
