| dc.description | Network project management, using BIM (Building Information Modeling) methodology is a reality today. As well as the need for training and specialization of engineers and architects in this matter has become a key issue for their future professional development, widely demanded in the labor market. With this intention in mind, in the current academic year 20/21, the subjects of Project Management and Industrial Installations Management, of the 2nd Year of the Master's Degree in Industrial Engineering at the Higher Polytechnic School of Jaén, have been implemented on an experimental basis / University of Jaén, as an example of the practical application of teaching innovation, the use of the open BIM tool, through CYPE's BIM SERVER CENTER EDUCATION platform. The objective of this work is to present the results of this methodological experience, which has allowed the Master of Industrial Engineering student to become familiar with the figure of the BIM PROJECT MANAGER, and to become a future project manager "online", in collaborative environments using Open tools. | dc.description.abstract | La gestión de proyectos en red, utilizando metodología BIM (Building Information Modeling) es una realidad hoy día. Así como la necesidad de formación y especialización de los ingenieros y arquitectos en esta materia se ha convertido en una cuestión clave para su futuro desarrollo profesional, ampliamente demandada en el mercado laboral. Con esta intención en el presente curso 20/21 se ha puesto en marcha, de forma experimental, en las asignaturas de Dirección y Gestión de Proyectos y de Instalaciones Industriales, del 2º Curso del Máster de Ingeniería Industrial de la Escuela Politécnica Superior de Jaén / Universidad de Jaén, como ejemplo de la aplicación práctica de innovación docente, el uso de la herramienta open BIM, a través de la plataforma BIM SERVER CENTER EDUCATION de CYPE. Este trabajo tiene como objetivo presentar los resultados de esta experiencia metodológica, que ha permitido al alumno de Master de Ingeniería Industrial, familiarizarse con la figura del BIM PROJECT MANAGER, y formarse como futuro director de proyectos “online”, en entornos colaborativos utilizando herramientas Open BIM.
