The evolution of the mobile home sector implies new materials development that allow to integrate aesthetics with functionality, sustainability and user safety. Most of the applications of this type of product are carried out by SMEs, which entails its own difficulties derived from the company size and its resources. Developing a new sustainable and safe polymer concrete material implies the analysis of raw materials and their compatibility, as well as compliance with the specific legal regulations and requirements based on their applicability within the different mobile home models. The special characteristics of this type of house and its different applications mean that the development of materials suitable for all its applications requires significant risk management. This article presents the risk management methodology used in a project during the technological development phase. The methodology presented ranges from its initial identification, its monitoring and control, and the recording of the entire process. The methodology followed to collect information on materialized risks and how to improve the risk management model for these projects is also included.es_ES
