| dc.description | The AEC (Architecture, Engineering and Construction) sector in Spain is transforming due to the BIM (Building Information Modeling) methodology. BIM involves collaborative work for the management of building or civil works projects through a digital information model. Currently, it is observed that there is a growing trend in the use of BIM in the design phase of the project, due to the mandatory nature of its use by the contracting bodies. Now we ask ourselves: are the companies in the AEC sector prepared to implement the BIM methodology in the Execution Phase on site? This implementation requires both collaborative work in the cloud between the different agents in the construction process and the transmission of adequate information. The objective of this work is to propose a method that allows the Project Management to carry out an adequate BIM implementation in the Execution Phase, relying at all times on the information from the VDC (Virtual Design Construction) previously developed in BIM Methodology, both for Work Planning (BIM 4D) as well as for the economic quantification, control and certification of the work phases (BIM 5D). | es_ES |
| dc.description.abstract | El sector AEC (Arquitectura, Ingeniería y Construcción) en España se está transformando debido a la metodología BIM (Building Information Modeling). BIM implica el trabajo colaborativo para la gestión de proyectos de edificación u obra civil a través de un modelo digital de información. Actualmente se observa que existe una tendencia creciente en el uso de BIM en la fase de diseño del proyecto, debido a esta obligatoriedad de su uso por los órganos de contratación. Ahora nos preguntamos: ¿están preparadas las empresas del sector AEC para implementar la metodología BIM en la Fase de Ejecución a pie de obra? Dicha implementación requiere tanto trabajo colaborativo en la nube entre los diferentes agentes del proceso de construcción como la transmisión de información adecuada. El objetivo de este trabajo es proponer un método que permita a la Dirección Facultativa realizar una adecuada implementación BIM en la Fase de Ejecución, apoyándose en todo momento en la información del VDC (Virtual Design Construction) desarrollado previamente en Metodología BIM, tanto para la Planificación de Obra (BIM 4D) como para la cuantificación económica, control y certificación de las fases de obra (BIM 5D). | es_ES |
