ANÁLISIS DEL COMPORTAMIENTO DE SOPORTES DE PRESENTACIÓN DE IDEAS CONCEPTUALES PARA LA EVALUACIÓN DE EXPERIENCIAS MEDIANTE LA HERRAMIENTA MULTIMÉTODO EYEFACE

Abstract

Many assessment tools are used at different stages of development in the process of experience design, and these tools provide to know developed proposal's adequacy.

The multimethod tool Eyeface, is made up with two tools (Eye-tracking and FaceReader) and evaluates the experience at the stage of conceptual phase. The interpretation of complex concepts by the user needs an analysis of the media presentation of ideas, either through sketches or videos.

The aim of this paper is to evaluate an experience by Eyeface and analyse the effectiveness of the sketches and videos as experience's representation, comparing the results with the evaluation tool Panas-X. Thus, it seeks to identify the most appropriate for evaluating conceptual ideas of experiences support. Keywords: Eyeface; experience evaluation; conceptual phase
