ANÁLISIS E IDENTIFICACIÓN DE UNA NUEVA APLICACIÓN PARA LAS HERRAMIENTAS MULTIMÉTODO EN LA EVALUACIÓN DEL DISEÑO DE EXPERIENCIAS

Abstract

Experience design is increasingly present in bussines activity, and the evaluation of those experiences has become a key to validate the relationship between the designer's proposal and user's perception.

Among the wide range of evaluation tools, there is a slight tendency towards the creation of multi-method tools. These tools are composed with two or more independent assessment tools, collects information from different features and helps to better understanding the complex reality of user perception.

This paper aims to analyse different multimethod tools and identify new applications within the process and evaluation of experiences. Keywords: evaluation; user experience; measurement
