Abstract

Analyzing the income of dairy farms, which are intended to identify strengths and weaknesses in order to characterize the same power and influence over them.

Then compare these results with the technical efficiency of the operation, to determine, as influences farm management, as measured by technical efficiency, with the income statement, characterized by indicators of expenditure and income.
