ANÁLISIS DE LOS MODELOS DE CONTRATACIÓN DE LOS PROYECTOS DE INFRAESTRUCTURA EN PALESTINA

Abstract

One of the most important features of the construction industry in Palestine is the dependence of many infrastructure projects on international funding organizations. These organizations use many project delivery systems to implement public infrastructure projects. The aim of this research is to identify and analyze these different systems of contracting through literature review and study of a sample of various infrastructure projects. The results were summarized in a general diagram that includes all contracting aspects such as contract type, contracting methods, tender procedures, and contractor selection criteria.
