    Resumen
The construction sector is still a sector with a great percentage of accidents that have their origin during the design phase. The BIM model allows to manage information needs as well as documentation using a database as a repository of the virtual 3D model. The Study of Health and Safety is the document in which project decisions are reflected when related to the security of the execution of the works. The BIM methodology, focused on the management of the occupational risks, allows to predict the possible incidents throughout the construction development and propose the preventive means needed to avoid these accidents through a virtual model during the design process. Therefore, the goal of this project is to establish the actual regulatory framework that regulates the occupational health and safety measures (OHS) in a project developed with BIM technology.
