Virtual reality, augmented and mixed are concepts that have passed together with the passage of time since its inception in the nineteenth century. Although in its beginnings this technology was limited to the use by governments or big companies due to its high cost, the continuous evolution of it and the cheapening of the necessary computers and peripherals has meant that at present it can be used by a much more society wide and be applied to different fields among which is the development and execution of projects, work management and professional training.
This communication presents an example of application of this technology that would allow a virtual exploration of a work before it was executed. In it, a small application allows you to explore the different enclosures that are part of a building and explore the accesses to it.
The presented work has been carried out on the former Hospital de Marina, current headquarters of the Higher Technical School of Industrial Engineering of the Polytechnic University of Cartagena.
