| dc.description | En este trabajo se analiza la situación actual del sector código 02, “silvicultura y explotación forestal”, en la CNAE 2009, así como su desarrollo y evolución a corto/medio plazo. Se realiza un análisis estadístico, a partir de la información obtenida de la base de datos SABI, donde figuran las cuentas anuales que las empresas depositan en el registro mercantil. Entre los parámetros estudiados se encuentran la localización y el tamaño de la empresa, y entre los ratios económico-financieros aquellos relacionados con los ingresos y la rentabilidad, entre otros. Todas estas variables resultan fáciles de implementar en herramientas SIG, lo que permite añadir la distribución espacial al estudio. Las empresas analizadas muestran una clara tendencia a la concentración en torno al Eje Atlántico y los centros urbanos de mayor relevancia regional. El análisis del sector se pueden resumir en el descenso del EBITDA del sector, motivado por el aumento de los gastos, y la subida del apalancamiento, que se deriva de una mayor financiación externa. La mejora del sector debe pasar por un profundo proceso de reestructuración que comprenda el aprovechamiento de sinergias de la agrupación de las pequeñas empresas, o bien su absorción por otras de mayor tamaño. | es_ES |
| dc.description.abstract | This paper analyzes the current situation of the sector Code 02, "Forestry and forestry", in the CNAE 2009, as well as its development and evolution in the short/medium term. A statistical analysis is carried out, based on the information obtained from the SABI database, which includes the annual accounts that the companies deposit in the Mercantile register. Among the parameters studied are the location and size of the company, and between the economic and financial ratios related to income and profitability, among others. All these variables are easy to implement in GIS tools, which allows to add the spatial distribution to the study. The companies analyzed show a clear tendency towards the concentration around the Atlantic axis and the urban centres of greater regional relevance. The analysis of the sector can be summarized in the decrease in the EBITDA of the sector, motivated by the increase of the expenses, and the rise of the leverage, that is derived from a greater external financing. The improvement of the sector must go through a deep restructuring process that includes the exploitation of synergies of the grouping of small companies, or their absorption by others of larger size. | es_ES |
