The results of studying the energy consumption of two hospitals and an outpatient clinic in the city of Huelva are presented, before and after the seasonal changes. The impact of the hourly change has been investigated to see its advantage. We have compared the energy consumptions in each center the weeks before and after Sunday that the time modification occurs. If a week had a holiday in the middle of it, the results of a similar day of the previous or subsequent week have been evaluated to avoid the influence of the lower consumption of a non-working day in the total results. The environmental temperatures have also been analyzed to rule out influences due to variations in the air conditioning load. The period of two weeks has been chosen, to avoid random variations that could have a shorter period and due to the difference in hours of Sun between the first and the last day of the studied interval. Increasing the period would have meant comparing days with different hours of natural lighting and different environmental temperatures. To discard the particularities of a specific year, the study has been expanded to several.
