| dc.description | En el documento se presenta una propuesta metodológica para mejorar la eficiencia energética y conseguir una reducción de costes en el consumo de energía (electricidad, gas, gasoil) y de agua en los establecimientos turísticos de una cadena hotelera. Para ello se indica la forma de establecer los datos que es preciso recabar y su análisis, las inversiones a realizar en medidas de ahorro (iluminación eficiente, cambios de combustible, y otros) y determinar las que tengan mayor viabilidad, además de implantar un sistema de monitorización y control. Se hace también necesaria una medida y verificación de los ahorros, en la que se determine de manera fidedigna e imparcial cual es el ahorro real conseguido por las medidas implantadas. Para ello se propone el empleo del Protocolo Internacional de Medida y Verificación del Ahorro Energético (IPMVP). La metodología presentada puede ser un modelo que muestre los beneficios potenciales en materia económica y medioambiental que ofrece la apuesta por la mejora de la eficiencia energética en los establecimientos turísticos. | es_ES |
| dc.description.abstract | The document presents a methodological proposal to improve energy efficiency and achieve a reduction of costs in the consumption of energy (electricity, gas, gas oil) and water in the tourist establishments of a hotel group. To do this, it is indicated how to establish the data that must be collected and its analysis, the investments to be made in saving measures (efficient lighting, fuel changes, and others) and determine those that have greater viability, in addition to implementing a system of monitoring and control. It is also necessary to measure and verify the savings, in which the real savings achieved by the measures implemented are reliably and impartially determined. For this, the use of the International Performance Measurement and Verification Protocol (IPMVP) is proposed. The methodology presented can be a model that shows the potential economic and environmental benefits offered by the commitment to improve energy efficiency in tourist establishments. | es_ES |
