The aim of this article is to exhibit the development of a system of storage and transport of musical instruments, which in turn can be used as a means of permanent conservation that avoid deterioration of thermo-hygrometric conditions. The musical instruments need to support optimal conditions without sudden variations of dampness and temperature to prevent early damage to their structure and changes in the sound of these. The needs or requirements of the client are identified in order to define the product. There has been carried out a survey based on the method Kano to classify the constructive, functional and aesthetic requirements towards the product and specify the attributes that must compose the design of the equipment and his later characterization. Nowadays, options do not exist on the market that there offer protection and preservation of the musical instrument, beyond rigid housing that do not fulfill the function of exempting to the musical instruments from suffering blows during a movement in any way of transport. The equipment consists of a power base that allows autonomy during long trips, includes different measures and an adaptable interior depending on the instrument to which it is directed.
