    Resumen
In accordance with International Standard UNE-ISO 55000 2015. Asset Management is defined as "Coordinated activity of an organization to realize value from assets. The acquisition of value will generally involve a balance of costs, risks, opportunities and performance benefits. The term "activity" has a broad meaning and can include, for example, the approach, the planning, the plans and their implementation. "This activity is carried out throughout the Asset Life Cycle and has as goals, between others  Optimize both investment costs (CAPEX) as well as Operation and Maintenance costs (OPEX) throughout the life cycle  Have an adequate Maintenance Plan that allows a greater availability of the Asset with the level of performances established that meets the user's expectations.  etc. To achieve these and other goals it is necessary that the activities that are given at the beginning of the life cycle such as project management and commissioning are aligned. As the Commissioning Process is a quality-oriented process for achieving, verifying, and documenting that the performance of facilities, systems, and assemblies meets defined objectives and criteria of the design. In accordance with "ASHRAE Guideline 0-2005”
