Análisis de iniciativas e incentivos de mantenimiento y reforma de edificios

Abstract

The different public administrations made efforts to fulfill the main objectives of 2020. Buildings generate much of the final energy consumption and the old housing stock is largely responsible for energy waste. The main objective of this article is to summarize and compare the different initiatives and incentives for maintenance and renovation of buildings proposed by the administrations and in the global energy saving. Through an analytical methodology based on the study of different plans to encourage energy saving in housing, a scheme comparing the different proposals is obtained, detailing who is addressed and the key factors of these plans stand out.
