Sistema de gestión deportiva en el CV Emevé

Abstract

Establishment of a sports management system that serves as a basis to record the information accumulated over the more than thirty years of Emevé's history in Volleyball.

The achievement of various titles by the club's categories, makes it necessary to observe if the structure that currently governs the club, has the sufficient quality to consolidate in the national divisions with a priority Lugo staff.

The main objective that motivates this implementation is to provide the Emevé with a sports management system that allows the club to be structured so that the information obtained over several years can be documented and serve as a structure for continuous improvement in each sport cycle, improving the quality of its sports processes every year.

To ensure its objectives in the short, medium and long term, it has been decided to implement a sports management system that documents all the phases covered by the club.

For this we will establish two lines of action:

1.- The organizational planning of the club endowing it with a structure of work. 2.- Sports planning that will branch into small projects associated with each category.
