    Resumen
The incorporation at the head of Valencia City Council of a new government team in 2015 after more than 20 years of government of the previous political party, led to a large number of changes within the organization itself. One of these changes was an evolution in the management of Human Resources. In order to draw up a Strategic Plan for the Management of Human Resources of the City Council, various studies were carried out, both qualitatively and quantitatively. This communication presents the work carried out on the evaluation of the climate and job satisfaction of Valencia City Council staff. It describes the analysis carried out, the methodology used, the results, and the project proposals to be implemented by the City Council, derived from the analysis carried out.
