Impacto de los stakeholders en el desempeño de los proyectos en las Fuerzas Armadas de Colombia

Abstract

This applied research work, identified, statistically, the positive impact of stakeholders on the performance of projects in the Colombian Military Forces. Firstly, a blibliometric analysis and a theoretical frame were established, and main concepts about stakeholders were defined and main publications on internationals journals about the impact of stakeholders on project performance were identified. Afterwards, a research methodology was established in order to line up field work and data analysis. Moreover, a characterization of the Colombian Military Forces was conducted; identifying project generation areas within its organizations, a simple random sampling method for finite populations was applied in order to define the size of sample in which the research instrument was applied. Furthermore, data was analyzed by correlation study among variables, a positive effect between stakeholders the dimensions of project management. And finally, conclusions were documented, and as future lines of research.
