Aplicación de la norma ISO / TS 22163 en la gestión de proyectos

Abstract

The ISO / TS 22163 standard whose title is Railway applications. Quality management system. Quality management system requirements for rail organizations: ISO 9001:2015 and particular requirements for application in the rail sector, is the specific standard to help railway companies to manage the quality of their railways your organizations.

The purpose of ISO / TS 22163 is to ensure the quality of the design, manufacture and integration of equipment, materials and systems in the chain of suppliers of a railway project. It is a standard that companies in the rail sector are using nationally and internationally.

Although ISO / TS 22163 is a specific standard for the railway sector, its requirements can be applied to any type of company in the industrial, aeronautical, naval, building and civil engineering sectors.

The objective of this article is to show the methodology of project management according to the requirements of ISO / TS 22163, specifying the phases to be developed and the work methodology that the company applying ISO / TS 22163 should follow.
