PROYECTO DE DISEÑO Y PUESTA EN MARCHA DE UNA BODEGA DE ELABORACIÓN DE VINO BLANCO MEDIANTE TÉCNICAS DE INGENIERÍA GRÁFICA.

Abstract

In this paper we have reconstructed and animated graphically with software of Computer Aided Drawing the project of design and putting in march of a agroindustry for the elaboration of white young wine, protected in the Denomination of Origin “Rueda”, in “Medina del Campo”, province of Valladolid, Spain. The final result of the work, is the graphical reconstruction in 3D of the wine industry, of the whole departments and of the machinery for the elaboration of the wine. Equally we have realized a video that shows the different phases of the construction of the industrial building that gives shelter to the agroindustry. This mentioned video also develops a virtual tour that shows the flow of elaboration of the wine from the entry in receipt of the raw material up to the bottling of the final product.
