Abstract

To perform university industry cooperation in research and transference framework different cooperation models have been implemented. Opinions from open interviews with experts make it possible to realize an analysis and a sound assessment about the potential that these models have with regard to innovation, competitiveness and employment. Incentives and barriers for collaboration are also identified. Key words: university-industry cooperation; innovation; transference.
