    Abstract
    This document proposes a review of different methods for estimating durations of activities or tasks in the classical models of programming projects and a proposal for improvement of these estimates, using stochastic models. Is intended to apply to projects of high buildings in the Region of Coquimbo, Chile. In the introduction, a study of the techniques and latest programming methods and then, there is the modeling for the characteristics of the area described. Finally, some conclusions and suggestions from which justifies the development of the model. Keywords: project; scheduler; stochastic.
