    Resumen
    Decisions concerning the management of occupational risks are ones of the many decisions that face Project Managers. These decisions will be based on company policies and regulations, and will materialize thought qualitative risk assessments. These risk assessments will indicate the necessaries measures to manage occupational hazards during the construction activity. The effectiveness of measures taken, as well as the objectively safety level achieved, can be evaluated according the ToR framework, used by the Health & Safety Executive (HSE). The ToR framework defines quantitatively three level of risk in terms of the current state of technology and society's perception on workplace accidents.
