The updating of the academic curriculum at the Faculty of Civil Engineering at the University of Newfoundland as part of this accreditation process for its academic programs
requested the Chair of Construction Projects of the Faculty of civil Engineering to prepare a program response demand of society in relation to the building and infrastructure
construction in the context of an environment that demands quality, certification, humanism and care of the environment in this processes, for which, the matter is
structured Project Management civil Engineering based on a GPIC-PMP platform. Which, we wish to exhibit at this conference for knowledge and professional outreach projects, in order to share experiences and enrich the field. Allowing the construction faculty widely deploy the platform as a framework for knowledge acquisition, skills development and application of attitudes in the management of construction projects in an environment of political uncertainty, limited resources and outdated regulations, creating a high risk environment in the construction processes, and social claims for not achieving the goals outlined in scope and construction projects.
