This paper presents two procedures for assessing, on a predictive way, the quality of a project. These procedures have been used, as training tools to detect, on time, if a project does not meet the minimum requirements to be accepted, and thus take steps to solve the problem. It will explain the methodology for the design of both procedures and discuss the validity and usefulness of both methods. Keywords: training; project management; assessment; project quality
