HACIA UN MODELO QUE DESCRIBA EL IMPACTO DE LOS PROYECTOS DE COOPERACIÓN INTERNACIONAL EN LA GOBERNANZA
Resumen
One of the main current issues for International Development Agencies is the difficult to contribute to systemic changes in governance: in profound and sustainable changes in prevailing governance culture. After reviewing governance concepts, anthropological foundations and the Non-Euclidian mode of planning of John Friedmann, this article
proposes the four domains of the social practice illustration to provide the institutional landscape of governance, and then suggests those characteristics that any development project needs to contribute to systemic changes in governance.
Keywords: governance; aid effectiveness; international development cooperation
