This communication aims to illustrate the phase and processes during carrying out and control of the projects of the development cooperation area, analyzing them under the view of the taking part agents (financer, beneficiary, promoter and executer). An analysis of the applied process is taken over into the cooperation sector itself on a whole meaning and into the specific area in which this work is meant of, taking as a reference the methodology perspective, PM2 (Project Management Methodology). This work finishes off that tool and develops the elements that determinate the protocol for its applying, meaning to assure better carrying out and control results, increasing Development Cooperation projects success. Communication shows the relevance about utilization of tools that contribute to efficiency in this kind of interventions, due to the huge involved agents net and the specific requirement they show, fact that, in many occasions, complicates the process of life cycle management. The methodology towards projects structure is shown, as benefits that might be obtained with its utilization, being able to be applied in other circumstances, being a useful element that contributes to enrich projects direction.
