Abstract

In this paper, we analyze the factors affecting the energy and environmental performance of the Health Centers, and their functional parameters, from the perspective of energy saving and efficiency. To this end, it proposes a set of energy indicators and establish benchmarks equations and calculating ratios that allow economic, environmental and energy necessary to optimally design and manage costs.
