With the arrival of the new curricula in the context of the European Higher Education Area (EHEA), the degree of industrial engineering has been transformed, from a 5-year degree to a 4-year one (grade), plus one and a half more for the master degree.
Furthermore, the guidelines of the Ministry of Education regarding the skills and objectives to be achieved in both grade and master refer to typical skills of a Project Manager, mainly in the master curriculum.
This paper aims to create a coherent and complementary separation of the subjects to be taught on Project Management, at both the grade of industrial engineering and the industrial engineering master. The purpose of the work is not to create any doctrine, but rather to use it as a basis for discussion.
