The prevention of health and safety hazards has been a major boom in recent times. The society has conformed that ethical and economic losses caused by the victims and damages are inconsistent with the level of development that we have and that there is an obligation of all to adjust the level of risk. Until the nineties, the techniques were being utilized in the construction was to have some protection means that correction of risk exposure of workers. In the nineties, it finally imposed the outcome criterion, namely that accidents can not occur and should be prevented over the means of protection available.
A major problem in construction is the simultaneity of the activities of workers from different professional specialties and trained and protected against the risks inherent in their normal activities. Work enclosures often have fences to isolate the outside, with different degrees of success, but there is still a practice of managing risk areas so that the affected workers or be ready for actual exposure to risk going to have.
In this paper, we propose a set of criteria for the works in various sectors are set to suit the type and level of risk to the characteristics of workers affected.
