In today’s world of increasing internationalization of Human Resources, it becomes compulsory a Curricula Vitae that presents, besides technical competences, behavioral and
contextual competences as they are those which can predict the matching personemployment.
IPMA Model includes 46 competences divided into three range of related competences: technical, behavioral and contextual. These competences are defined and detailed.
This paper proposes the creation of a Curricula Vitae design that includes information about the competences described at IPMA model. In this way, the Curricula Vitae has an adding value as the supplied information can avoid or shorten future interviews and it can be useful in the selection processes carried out in other countries.
