The growth in demand for infrastructure, new technologies, materials, new building systems and negotiation of projects in Mexico during the first decade of the century, have involved the appearance of unknown scenarios and risk factors, such as: terrorist events, using materials that do not meet specifications, lack of reliable information on the ground where construction rudeness, economic conditions in different regions, the increase in the diversity of disciplines involved in projects , outdated regulations, excessive regulation and adventurous partnerships that go beyond those known so far by the construction community and giving rise to increases in costs and project budgets, with a strong economic impact on the environment. This prompted investigators to the body of the chair of the construction projects UAdeC, to develop a line of research focused on the identification, analysis and risk assessment and its impact on construction projects, people, environment and teams. Enabling, integrating a framework for its management to an acceptable level to achieve sustainability criteria.
