GESTIÓN DE PROYECTOS EN CONTEXTO GRÁFICO. PROGRAMACIÓN TOTAL DEL PROYECTO, COSTES E INGRESOS, RECURSOS Y GENERADORES, EL TETRAEDRO DEL PROYECTO
Resumen
This paper presents research in progress which is related to project programming (PP) in a coherent graphical context. First, the different PP levels (task, project, program, portfolio, etc.) are explained as different-sized triangles with inter-level magnitude relations. Then, different types of PP – simple (technical specifications, duration and cost) and resourcebased (informative, complete) – are not only proposed, but also shown in an innovative and graphical way through a project triangle: points and a line that link simple PP to complete PP. Furthermore, complete programming is explained: revenues and costs, resources and generators (a concept similar to resources but related to revenues) and the different types of work and material resources (explained in another paper at this congress). These concepts apply to budgets, so examples of different budget types (traditional, by stages and related to duration) are given. Finally, a fourth magnitude, risk, is added to the project triangle to for an project tetrahedron.
