LA INTEGRACIÓN DE LA DIRECCIÓN DE PROYECTOS CON LA FUNCIÓN DE COMPRAS INTEGRADA. UN CASO PRÁCTICO.
Resumen
The companies responsible for large industrial projects have often geographically distant facilities. On the other hand these companies often establish policies to centralize the purchasing function to standardize and maximize their effectiveness. The integration of the purchasing function centralized in the Project addresses with considerable management autonomy poses significant integration problems, procedures and alignment of objectives. The Spanish company Shipbuilding "NAVSIS S. A.” made this integration, not without difficulties of a successful manner. This paper examines the process undertaken, focusing in the difficulties and the results obtained.
