PLAN INTEGRAL DE AUTOPROTECCIÓN PARA LA GESTIÓN DE RIESGOS EN LA EJECUCIÓN DE OBRAS EN EDIFICIOS DE PÚBLICA CONCURRENCIA

Abstract

Public buildings (hospitals, commercial centres, ect.) have inherent risks coming from the unknowledge of the users about the building itself. They don´t know the building planes, where the emergency doors are, etc. Those risks increase when there are construction works inside the building and we need the employees and users also continue working at the same time. The period of time from the construction work begining until the end of the work directly affect in the risk prevention systems that need a fast actualitation according to the coming changes in the new building. This period of time needs, to minimize the risks, a new Autoprotection Integral plan which include all the emergency, evacuation, safety and healthy plans needed to combine construction works with normal life of the building together. This article pretends to abord the problem from the point of view of the people who work in the Project Management Office.
