GESTIONANDO ÉTICAMENTE LOS PROYECTOS
Resumen
An important point of discussion in multiple texts has been the ethical management within companies, but unfortunately this has not been the case with the ethical management of projects. Ironic since it has been those same projects which have been object of much criticism with important social repercussions, even under the protection of the law or due to weak regulatory situations, in comparison to situations of justice and equity.
The urgency and relevance of the subject matter must not hide the absence of guidelines which prevent the development of unethical actions which have most likely contributed in generating situations where abuses have been committed more so in “projects” than within “companies”.
This paper deals with the different situations which, within the project cycle, the project director can come into contact with. Likewise, the main ideas for undertaking ethical actions, in each and one of those situations, fundamentally being based on: a proposal built on values from the start adapted by environment factors in order to avoid an irrational management and the existing infrastructure for an ethical management .
In the end, a model is proposed which will serve as a guideline for project technicians and project managers.
Key words: ethical management model; values; environment factors; infrastructure for ethical management
