LA DIMENSION TECNOLÓGICA PARA LA INNOVACION EN LA EMPRESA
Resumen
At the beginning of the 20th century, enterprises looked for productivity; about the middle of the century the target changed to quality; once concluded the century the looks hover in the innovation.
Nowadays there exist a group of innovation frameworks which object is to offer to companies a set of directives that allow realizing a systemic management of themselves, improving simultaneously their innovative capacity as a factor of differentiation of competition. The application of these framework models allow us to incorporate into the management of the company a planned strategy on innovation, constant and renewable, and sustained on knowledge and not on randomness.
In the present article a four dimension innovation framework is proposed. In this framework, a fourth dimension, the technological dimension, overlaps on most other three dimensions, representing the technological options to which an enterprise can turn to contribute to innovation.
