The Institute of Design for the Manufacture and Automated Production of the Polytechnic University of Valencia, in collaboration with the auxiliary naval company "Basilio Martínez S.L. ", has developed a series of oleohidraulic systems for the operation of diverse machinery in fishing Mediterranean trawlers.
The fundamental aims of the study have been:
• Fulfillment of the Directive of Machines DC 98/37/CE and the current regulation of prevention of labour risks inside fishing boats.
• Adjustment of the current transmissions to the new technical regulation of the Spanish Ministerio de Fomento.
• -Decrease of energetic losses and of the temperature of the environment of work in chamber of machines.
The process of design has been realized with the program Automation Studio selected by his potential for the creation and simulation of complex oleohidraulic facilities, being the obtained results similar to the prototypes proved by the above-mentioned company.
It is necessary to emphasize the following oleohidraulic systems developed, simulated and proven:
1. Technology load-sensing for operation of marine alternators.
2. Circuit closed in operation of deck winches.
3. Operation of bombs of dwarfs, washing-down, counter fires, decanting and fuel.
Nowadays, there are realized tests of the circuits developed in several fishing boats of the zone of Alicante.
Keywords: oleohidraulic, trawlers boats.
