    Resumen
The Institute for the Manufacture and Automated Production of the Universidad Politécnica de Valencia has designed and made a low consumption vehicle propelled with the bioethanol. Following, the process of design, the manufacture of the molds and later lamination in carbon fiber of the body and self supporting frame, are shown. Three dimensional design process has been fulfilled with CAD's program Rhinoceros 4.0. The above mentioned program has been chosen for being a basic tool in surfaces generation surfaces, which has allowed to generate an original design for our vehicle. MasterCam has been used In manufacturing molds process in order to transform Rhinoceros designs in a numerical control program necessary for the machining center. Finally the molds preparation and the body and self supporting frame lamination in carbon fiber have been made. Keywords: Ethanol, CAD, CAE.
