The conditions of temperature , humidity and cleanliness suitable for comfort in air living spaces , vary strongly challenged by society, mainly due to limited resources and economic power in these semi-desert areas . As this research focuses on the analysis of ergonometric specifications for buildings and risks that impact the construction of the infrastructure in which the use of new climate technologies , new generation materials and construction procedures that optimize economic resources and time, these being the most impact on the budgets of the buildings. The main objective of the research is to contribute to create a framework of technical reference that includes the behavior of thermal comfort variables and risks that impact buildings and establish criteria to improve user comfort . Given this scenario, the chair of the Construction Projects Civil Engineering Faculty of the Autonomous University of Coahuila, and the Chair of Projects UPM perform this research.
