MODELO PARA LA TOMA DE DESICIONES MEDIANTE LA GESTION COLABORATIVA EN PROCESOS LOGISTICOS

Abstract

Global market generates complex networks between companies and continuous changes in the environment. These factors increase uncertainty about future scenarios and therefore the difficulties for defining the scope of the common logistic operations increase as well as the decision making in the planning process. This paper proposes a conceptual model by means of the use of simulation techniques for future scenarios based on information and knowledge sharing in order to define the logistics processes, best alternative choice, planning, risk estimation as well as some key indicators.
